How do I find out my next court date?

Here are a few ways to find out what your next Oregon court date is:

  • Recommended method: 
    • Access the free Oregon Court Calendar search website here. 
    • Choose "Search Calendar," you don't necessarily need to choose a county.
    • Choose "Case Number" if you know it, or "Party or Defendant Name" if you don't. 
    • Fill in either your case number or your name.
    • Change the date in the second box to two or three months out. Then click Search and you'll get a list of any upcoming court dates.
  • Other methods:
    • Review the paperwork from your last court hearing for the new date 
    • Contact the clerk of the court your case is in
    • If you have one, contact your attorney who will use the above method to find it out for you
